As secrets unravel and truths emerge, readers will accompany Mala on a transformative journey of self-discovery, sparked by an email from Sakura, who claims to be her sister living in Canada. The narrative also transports readers back to 1972, where Helen, a final-year student, dreams of a life filled with love and luxury, and Peter, a college lecturer, has his future meticulously planned.
